| Shunxing Plastic & Hardware Mould Co., Ltd. was established in 2002, located in Changán Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong province of China. It specializes in the designing and producing of all kinds of moulds and products, such as alloy moulds, aluminum moulds; plastic moulding, injection and assembling . The company now has over 120 staff members, including more than 30 professional technicians, 10 designers in moulding and new products. Its ground area is 2500 square meters. And the company has passed the certification of ISO9001.
For further development, our company has successively imported 4sets high speed CNC, 6sets EDM, 8sets milling machine, 10sets plastic injection machine, linear cutting machine, die moulding machine, and other advanced mould processing and inspecting facility, totaled 40sets. It also introduces the advanced designing and programming software: Pro/e, Cimatron and Autocad. The annual output of moulds reaches 400 sets. Our professional technique and excellent service have won us common favorable comment from customers. We have designed and produced plastic injection moulds for Taiwan Kingpo electronic Co., mainland TCL, Huasheng Group of Hongkong and so on.
